Agreement and Contracts: Formalize the partnership once Scope of Work and Fee proposal are agreed upon.

Inspiration Presentation: Share inspiration photos based on initial consultation and your provided images.
Preferences Discussion: Get clear on what you love and what you don't.
Realistic Cost Review: Evaluate costs for finishes and furnishings, initiating the budgeting process.

Step 4: Construction Proposals, Procurement + Implementation

Project Guidance: Walkthrough with contractors, ensuring thorough bids.
Design Communication: Collaborate on specifics with vendors and contractors.
Procurement:

Retail/Online Options: Consultation option for those preferring retail or online shopping.
Implementation:
Ongoing Communication: Maintain communication with trades for design adherence.

Step 5: Completion Photography and Reviews
